It will not take you long to prepare these rich light filled Italian squash. Look how easy.

Ingredients
2 squashes
1 large onion
2 small tomatoes
1 slice of Serrano ham
A bit of grated cheese
One drop of oil
Preparation
We wash the squashes, dry them, cut them in half (in the shape of a boat ) and we make small incisions with the knife in the pulp. We put the four halves in the microwave 4 minutes at 800w. We remove a good part of the pulp with a spoon and reserve it for later. Peel and chop the onion, tomatoes and ham. We put a pan with a drop of oil and, when hot, we toss the onion. When it starts to become transparent, add the tomatoes, the ham, the pulp that we remove from the squash and a pinch of salt. We give a few laps and fill the pumpkins. We put some grated cheese on top and put them in the preheated oven at 200ยบ for 7-8 minutes and at a medium height or in a pyrex source on the 3rd height. At the end we gratin a couple of minutes and serve.
