Cebiche of pippin and shrimp

It will only take 20 minutes to prepare this spectacular cebiche of pippin and shrimp for ten people. If you have guests you will be like a queen, go ahead and prepare it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of filleted pippin
  • 500g of boiled and peeled shrimp
  • 2 small purple onions
  • 10 pica lemons (their juice) )
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 green chopped chili pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation:

  • Chop fish in 2 -3 cm cubes.
  • Collect this minced fish with the shrimp. Reserve
  • Chop the onion in a very thin pen. Cushion the onion by adding a handful of salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then, put hot water without boiling on the onion and leave for 5 minutes. Strain and with the water running, crush the onion with your hands. Drain completely.
  • For the seasoning mix the lemon with the oil, the onion, the cilantro, the chili, the garlic, the salt and the pepper to taste.
  • Mix the fish and shrimp with the dressing no more than 30 minutes before serving.
