Myths about losing weight

We always listen to tricks to lose those extra kilos, but did you know that most of them are false and could make you fat?

- Very few carbohydrates and many proteins. False. The best thing about a diet is not to eliminate foods (except saturated fats) but to know how to balance them. Rice is as important as a piece of fish or chicken.

- To lose weight I must stop eating everything I like. False. Failure to consume any of the food groups creates deficiencies or can have consequences on the health of the person. - The night meal is transformed into fat. False . If you are invited to eat at night, you should not answer that not because you are taking care of yourself, because you should eat the same. It is important to eat small portions every three hours a day, and therefore food can not be skipped. Beware of concentrating all the food during the night, that is fatal. Fasting or skipping meals only lowers the metabolism, which makes it difficult to lose fat and body weight.

-To lose weight I must be willing to go hungry. False. A professional program should consider a healthy diet that allows you to lose fat without going hungry.

- Fast eating makes you more satisfied. False. You must chew the food very well. You should eat while sitting, you should dedicate your time to it, do not work while you eat.
