Tips you should take into account to get a fascinating toasting without damaging your skin

I do not know about you, but I'm crazy about the sun. I'm white and I put on my face the winter months to not look so pale. I really like the summer because I enjoy the beach and the swimming pool.

That's why we should be careful because the sun is very harmful. We have 3 options, go to the solarium (very bad option), sunbathe outdoors always taking care of the UV rays preferring a minimum factor of 20 to achieve the tone we want (very good alternative) or resort to the famous "self tanner" or better known as self-tanning (it could be but it's more expensive).

Let's talk about the second option since it's nice to enjoy the pool, beach, lake, terrace and listen to music, read a book, magazines, etc. It is my ideal relaxation therapy (not having to pay for a spa).

What I advise is: -Consume foods rich in beta-carotene to activate the melanin of your body, hormone that gives us the tan color. Carrots, mangoes and leafy greens are ideal for this.

- Take care that your skin is clean, hydrated and without makeup remains.

-Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before you expose yourself to the sun, and then that this one already penetrated the skin to apply a bronzer (always with factor) to be a with a nice tone in the skin, since if we take sun without bronzer the skin takes a red or dark color not so fascinating.

-You have to be generous with the blocker in the most sensitive parts of your body: face, eyelids, neck, neckline, ears, shoulders, instep and even the sole of the foot.

-If you get into the sea, lake, river or pool, you can forget to apply them again.

Protect your lips and scars with special blockers and your eyes with sunglasses.

-But now comes the most important advice. The first 3 or 4 days, take sun for 15 minutes and no more. As the days go by, slowly extend the exposure time as you get the golden color, but do not exceed 2 hours. Ideally, do not take too much sun because you wrinkle, you will get spots and can give us cancer. Especially take care of the face, so the best option to my taste is to follow all the previous steps in the body and not apply sunscreen on the face, only blocker.

-You do not take sun between 11:00 in the morning and 3:00 in the afternoon, because the sun's rays are very strong and although you are protected, they will damage your skin in the same way and can harm your tan.

-Beep water constantly to keep you hydrated and your skin continues to generate melanin, the hormone that gives you the color.

-Use a hat with a wing of no less than 7 cms to protect you from direct rays.

-Don't be quiet for a long time in the sun, because if you move you'll get a more even tan.

-The cloudy days have almost the same solar radiation as one clear, so do not stop using sunscreen.

-After a shower, I recommend an after sun cream that relaxes and hydrates your skin. In this way, your tan will last longer.

-Finally, to have a nice tone also on the face, apply a self-tanning.
