Oatmeal water to lose weight

The FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) tells us that it is one of the healthiest foods we can find, a source of energy and vitality that we should include daily in our diet. It would be treated in a natural way by which we can lose weight without going hungry.

Oatmeal water fasting helps us lose weight because its composition, based on vitamins, minerals and fiber, gives us a feeling of satiety with which we will not need to snack between meals, nor eat large quantities of food.

Oats contain betaglucans, soluble fiber and polyphenols known as avenanthramides, which are antioxidants.

Oats eliminates all the toxins that our body generates and stores. If we are nourishing ourselves through its water, it will also provide us with proteins, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

It is also diuretic, prevents the accumulation of fluids in our body and makes us feel better.

When, how much, how should I take it?

Take oatmeal fasting to lose weight for a month. This will allow us to be satiated for most of the morning and will give us the energy and fiber needed to start the day. You can also drink another glass before your main meals.

Ingredients: One cup of oatmeal, one cinnamon stick and two liters of water.

Procedure: blender place the oatmeal accompanied by a glass of water, and obtain a well homogeneous mixture. Then you can include the rest of the water, the cinnamon, and the sweetener you want or two teaspoons of honey. If you see that there is still some trace of oats, you can strain it. Example of three days of diet with oatmeal:

1) Breakfast: A glass of oatmeal water, an apple and an infusion. Lunch : 1 glass of oatmeal water. Spinach salad, with asparagus and walnuts and a turkey breast. In the afternoon: A green tea. Dinner: A glass of oatmeal water. Baked eggplant and some slices of beet with a splash of lemon. For dessert, an apple roasted with cinnamon.

2) Breakfast: A glass of oatmeal water, ½ apple, 2 plums, 1 glass of skim milk. Lunch: 1 glass of oatmeal water. Oatmeal cream with carrots. Chicken boiled or grilled with broccoli and a few drops of olive oil. In the afternoon: Apple compote with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 low-fat yogurt. Dinner: 1 glass of oatmeal water. Boiled or baked artichokes. 2 or 3 bread toasts.

3) Breakfast: A glass of oatmeal water, 1 low-fat yogurt, 4 or 5 pieces of pear, 4 or 5 pieces of banana and 5 strawberries. Lunch: 1 glass of oatmeal water. Lentil Salad. Cream of spinach, combined with other vegetables, or with eggs, rice, etc. In the afternoon: Apple compote with 2 tablespoons of oats. 1 low-fat yogurt Dinner: 1 glass of oatmeal water. Caprese salad (made with 1 tomato, 150 g of fresh cheese and a pinch of oregano), 2 or 3 toast bread.

The most important thing is to start the day with that glass of oatmeal water, and also include it as a drink in your meals, always balanced and without overeating. If you consume it in this way you will see how you are losing weight.
