Exfoliate the skin of the feet and hands is a simple operation that we can carry out once a week. With this, all dead cells are eliminated, reducing hardness and making the rough and thick skin silky and hydrated. There are some very effective natural products to make exfoliating hand creams for hands and feet .
For feet:
Sugar and honey: Mix two tablespoons of sugar with one of honey and apply the resulting paste to the feet, massaging them well. Then, remove with warm water and apply a moisturizer for feet.
Salt, oatmeal and aloe vera: The latter, have very beneficial properties to nourish, regenerate and relieve the skin. If you want to try this cream, add a tablespoon of each ingredient in a bowl and mix well. Apply it on clean feet, you will notice how salt exfoliates your feet completely and oats and aloe vera moisturize and hydrate them.
Sugar and almond oil : The oil of almonds is a product that provides excellent softness and elasticity to the skin, so that together with the exfoliating properties of sugar can be great to eliminate dead cells in the feet. Mix one tablespoon of sugar with the almond oil, rub gently and rinse with lukewarm water to finish.
Oats, sugar, lemon juice and olive oil: Place in a bowl the spoonful of oatmeal and the spoonful of sugar. Add the liquids, one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of olive oil. After rubbing for a while, rinse with warm water.
For hands:
Sugar, oil: Mix 3 teaspoons of brown sugar with the amount of oil needed to form a homogeneous pasta (2 tsp approx.). Start with little oil, because it is better less than more and mix. Then wait a few minutes for the sugar to absorb the oil.
Once this is done, apply a spoonful in the palm of your hand, massage in the drier parts and stop in the cuticles and contour of the nails.
Do it for a few minutes and calmly so that the oil penetrates well and the sugar exfoliates. After that rinse your hands with a mild soap and apply moisturizing cream.
Oats, lemon juice and olive oil: Combine oatmeal with water at room temperature. Let sit for about 10 minutes, until slightly softened and absorbed some of the liquid.
Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the oatmeal and water mixture. Mix well with a blender. This creates a basic hand scrub. If you want to mix some anti-aging ingredients, put the linseed oil and the oil with vitamin E.
Massage the mixture in your hands, on the top, on your palms, between your fingers, on your nails and around of all your fingers. Let it soak for about two minutes.
Rinse your hands with cold water until they are clean. Dry them with small taps.
Massage your hands with moisturizer and let them soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
Store any remaining cream in the refrigerator, for a maximum of two weeks.
