To this exquisite sandwich you can add sliced black olives, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh onion, chopped pickles or capers
Ingredients
* 8 hard-boiled eggs
* 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
] * 2 tbsp. of chopped celery
* 2 cditas. dijon mustard
* Salt and pepper
* Rocket leaves
* Whole wheat bread
Preparation
In a bowl, chop the 8 hard-boiled eggs, add the half cup of mayonnaise , chopped celery, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. You can add a few drops of hot sauce if you wish and mix well.
Toast two slices of wholemeal bread and make a sandwich with arugula leaves and a little bit of preparation.
